Blessed Beyond Measure

I absolutely adore this Septembers Stamp of the Month, Blessed Beyond Measure.  I had been holding on to a few photos for the perfect layouts and I am so pleased with how this turned out.  A year ago this month, my husband and I ran away for a night, stayed at a hotel that had been on my bucket list, took a few hikes, and just spent some quality time together before his upcoming deployment.  When I saw this stamp set, I knew it was perfect to use with the photos from our hike!

I used my circuit Artbooking cartridge to cut each of the leaves out, then I hand inked and stamped each one.  What do you think?img_8151img_8148

I used the new Shimmer Brush to add a little but of sparkle to a few of the leaves.  I love how it turned out and how easy it was to use! And for only $4.95, every crafter NEEDS this tool added to their tool kit! Trust me, my amateur photography skills just don’t do this shimmer justice!

I also hand inked the title banner, then I popped up a leaf to add some dimension.  This stamp set has some beautiful sentiments that are easy to pick and choose how you want to piece them together. dff56e44-e083-4fff-b9ce-bff002e39bb3
