Its the Summer Scraptacular Crop!

August 25-27

At the Fabulous Resort at Glade Springs!  The resort is set in the midst of a gorgeous 4,100-acre property in the lap of the Appalachian Mountains! The premier, full-service West Virginia resort, specializes in golf, ski, fly-fishing and equestrian, and also offers a mindboggling variety of other recreational activities, full service spa, state-of-the-art conference and meeting facilities, and lodging accommodations for us!

Hotel Reservation Procedures                                                                                                                  We have a block of rooms reserved at the rate of $99 per night ($121.37 after tax and resort fees).  You will be responsible for making their own reservations.  Reservations may be made by calling (877) 814-7316 and asking for the Brandi’s Scrapbook Weekend Room Block.  This toll free number is specific to our group.  A major credit card will be required upon reserving individual rooms and a seven (7) day cancellation period would apply, whereby an attendee cancelling their reservation within seven (7) days of arrival will be charged one nights lodging at the group rate.

All reservations must be received no later than July 11, 2017.  At that time any unused rooms remaining in the block will be released for general sale unless guaranteed to a valid credit card or to the master account.

Check-in time is after 4:00pm Eastern Time and check-out time is 11:00am Eastern Time. Guests arriving prior to 4:00pm will be accommodated as rooms come available.

Now to the FUN STUFF

CROP DOORS OPEN at 3pm on Friday, August 25th and close at 3pm on Sunday, August 27th!  Each cropper will have their own 8 foot table!  You are welcome to bring an extension cord and surge protector for your own table.

I will also have a tool table with a Cricut Explore (you will need to connect with Cricut Design Space from your own laptop or tablet), Big Shot, stamps and ink. Be sure to bring your own Cricut Mat to use.

MEALS                                                                                                                                                  Breakfast is provided in your crop fee, yippee! It will be served in the Rotunda Restaurant, buffet style, at your leisure.  Lunch and dinner will be on your own.  There are four dining options at the resort, Glade’s Grill, Small Talk Cafe, Bunker’s Sports Bar, and Rotunda Restaurant, which is conveniently located just out from our Ballroom!

Water, Coffee and Tea will be made available to us in the crop room Friday evening, and all day Saturday as well.

We will have BRAND NEW Workshops for you to choose from ! August will be the release of our 2017-2018 Annual Inspirations catalog, so rest assured, the workshops will be filled with new and exciting products!  I will update on these as summer approaches.

It is important to realize that I contract with the facility and have to pay for the entire space and services regardless. Your crop fee covers an equal portion of the contract. If you cannot attend, I still need to pay for your spot. However, I fully understand that sometimes circumstances occur that would prevent you from attending (illness, death in the family, etc.). With that in mind, if you reserve a spot and are unable to attend, you may transfer your fee to a friend and work out reimbursement directly with them.  However, if I have a waiting list, I’d be happy to refer the next in line to you!
